We only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened and in the original condition, returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refund request must be sent in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not accept returns for opened packages. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. GorgeousMeTea.com will only pay for the cost of return shipping plus refund the original cost of shipping if the return was a result of our error.
